Payment
All orders for MyOddCompany are filled via our online store, www.myoddshop.com. We are a secure e-commerce site, but know some of you may have concerns about transacting via the Internet; therefore we offer several methods of payment options - all of which ensure absolute security. By offering our customers a choice of ordering processes our goal is to ensure that you are comfortable doing business with us on the Internet.

You can pay on-line via Paypal or iDeal. MyOddCompany wants to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. Please contact info@myoddshop.com with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Shipping
When an order comes in the merchandise will be send within three days after payment is received. Please keep this into account when you place an order.

National Shipping/Delivery (the Netherlands)
Most of our merchandise is shipped via TNT. If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.

International Shipping/Delivery
Ordering an item from MyOddShop.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders will be shipped via TNT. Shipping method is determined by merchandise to be shipped. When possible, customer's preference will be taken into consideration. You are responsible for any additional duty, tax and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with destination. Please note International shipments are ineligible for return under any circumstances.

Return & Refund policy
Original, sealed packages may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping costs. We will accept packages for return within 8 days for the Netherlands and 14 days for countries in the rest of the world.
Opened packages cannot be returned for refund under any circumstance. They may be returned for exchange only. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless the fault is by MyOddCompany.

Damaged Goods
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, stuff happens. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail so we can handle the problem.

Prices
The prices mentioned on the shop are inclusive shipping/delivery. MyOddCompany reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at MyOddShop at any time.
