Sending and delivery

  • You have to take into account that the money transfer can take one up to three working days. As soon as your payment is received your order will be send within 3 days.
  • Delivery time in the Netherlands is at max. one week and for Europe and the rest of the world this is at max. two weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the services of the postal company in the specific country.
  • The prices on MyOddShop are always included VAT and forwarding charges.

Payment
MyOddShop.com supports two ways of payment:

iDeal
Do you have access to internet banking at Postbank, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS or Fortis bank? Then it is possible that without having to use special software to make use of iDEAL.



PayPal/Creditcard
Pay with your creditcard or PayPal Balance.



Your order
Placing an order at MyOddShop is quick and simple. Our order process consists of three steps. Your order becomes definitive after your approval. Before that you can adapt everything to your wishes.

1.    Select your products
   a.    With the button ‘Add to cart’ you add a product in your shopping basket. If you want to order more products, increase or decrease the number.
   b.    Did you made up your mind? Click the ‘remove’ button.
   c.    Ready shopping? Click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.
2.    Give your information
   a.    For returning customers fill in your ‘odd id’ and ‘password’. If you are a new customer click under ‘New customer’ and give your information.  Fields with an * are mandatory.
   b.    Ready giving your information? Click on ‘submit your information’. You can now add more products or place your order.
3.    Choose your method of payment (iDeal or PayPal).

Do you want to modify or cancel of an order already placed? That is possible! Please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Refund policy
Original, sealed packages may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping costs. We will accept packages for return within 8 days for the Netherlands and 14 days for countries in the rest of the world.

Opened packages cannot be returned for refund under any circumstance. They may be returned for exchange only. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless the fault is by MyOddCompany.

If you want to return your order, please follow the next steps:

1.    Send an e-mail that you want to return your order.
2.    We will confirm your request by e-mail and give instructions for return.
3.    If the order is returned your payment will be transferred within 10 days.

The costs for sending a product are for your own expense. MyOddCompany carries the costs of the return of the repaired or replacing product.

Guarantee and failures
If your product has a failure within a (too) short period we will send you a new product.

If the product has a failure when received, we will always send you a new product.

Please follow the next procedure:

1.    Send an e-mail that your product has a failure.
2.    We will confirm your request by e-mail and give instructions for return.
3.    When it arrives and the failure has been checked we will send you a new product.

The costs for sending a product are for your own expense. MyOddCompany carries the costs of the return of the repaired or replacing product.
